ABSTRACT – The present contribution aims to reconstruct the key passages of the July 26, 2023, ruling of the Naples Regional Administrative Court, No. 4478, and then offer some brief reflections on the current state of uncertainty that characterizes mixed administrative proceedings, especially in the event that their outcomes are challenged before the courts.
