Il presente articolo cerca di chiarire alcuni malintesi e propone di considerarlo come un principio di coesione piuttosto che un principio gerarchico in senso stretto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 60 years from <em>Costa v ENEL<\/em>, the principle of primacy of EU Law still raises doubts and critics.
