Tendenze della prassi e proposta di riforma dei trattati"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Abstract (ITA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il presente contributo si propone di esaminare le competenze dell\u2019Unione europea in materia ambientale, soffermandosi in particolare sulle tendenze riscontrate nella prassi e sulle prospettive di riforma dei Trattati. Dopo aver dato conto dell\u2019evoluzione della materia e di quanto previsto dai Trattati, l\u2019analisi si soffermer\u00e0 sulla prassi, al fine di accertare l\u2019effettiva natura della competenza in tale ambito. Inoltre, si analizzeranno le prospettive di riforma, valutando i vantaggi e le criticit\u00e0 di una possibile evoluzione della competenza in materia ambientale verso il carattere esclusivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of this paper is to examine the competences of the European Union in environmental matters, focusing in particular on the tendencies observed in practice and the prospects for the amendment of the Treaties. After giving an overview of the development of the subject and the provisions of the Treaties, the analysis will focus on the practice, in order to assess the actual nature of the competence in this area.
