La Commissione Europea ha ampliato l\u2019applicazione soggettiva del l\u2019eccezione <em>Albany<\/em> per includere lavoratori autonomi economicamente dipendenti e delle piattaforme digitali. L\u2019analisi evidenzia come il diritto antitrust, pur rimanendo ancillare, stia assumendo un ruolo complementare nella protezione dei lavoratori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><strong> (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article examines the evolution of antitrust law within the labor market, focusing on two key developments: the exemption of collective bargaining from Article 101 TFEU to safeguard workers, and the enforcement against employer agreements, such as wage-fixing and no-poach pacts, that restrict wages and labor mobility. The European Commission has broadened the scope of the <em>Albany<\/em> exception to cover economically dependent self-employed workers and those engaged on digital platforms.
