Riguardo a questi temi, l\u2019articolo evidenzia alcuni progressi verso una migliore capacit\u00e0 del diritto dell\u2019Unione di affrontare le emergenze dell\u2019asilo e della migrazione nonch\u00e9 alcuni rischi insiti nella nuova disciplina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract <\/strong><strong>(ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most prominent features of Regulation 2024\/1359 appear to be the ascertainment of the prerequisites for triggering the new measures, their complementarity with temporary protection, which is no longer replaced by immediate protection as in the 2020 Commission\u2019s proposal, and solidarity contributions.
