L\u2019indagine viene condotta anche alla luce del pacchetto di misure, allegate al Patto su immigrazione e asilo, adottate nella primavera 2024 e alle proposte attualmente in discussione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\u00a0contribution focuses on migration by sea in the Mediterranean and analyses the role of the European Union with regard to: <em>a<\/em>) search and rescue activities and the treatment of\u00a0shipwreck survivors; <em>b<\/em>) solidarity measures concerning\u00a0the Member\u00a0States most exposed to arrivals by sea;\u00a0and <em>c<\/em>) the criminalisation of search and rescue activities carried out by NGOs.
