Tale applicazione unilaterale si realizza con tre diverse modalit\u00e0, l\u2019applicazione extraterritoriale in senso stretto, l\u2019estensione territoriale della normativa ed il cosiddetto effetto Bruxelles. Il presente contributo, dopo aver analizzato tali modalit\u00e0 applicative, presenta un approfondimento sul meccanismo CBAM come espressione dell\u2019azione esterna dell\u2019Unione, tra effetto Bruxelles ed estensione territoriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><strong> (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent times, the European Union, in the exercise of its external action, has increased the unilateral application of its legislation beyond its territorial borders. This unilateral application is achieved through three different methods, the extraterritorial application in a strict sense, the territorial extension of its legislation and the so-called Brussels effect.
