Tre sono i profili di interesse dalla proposta: l\u2019estensione dell\u2019ambito di applicazione anche agli investimenti intra-UE sottoposti a controllo estero; l\u2019accrescimento della centralizzazione del controllo in capo alla Commissione europea; e, infine, l\u2019emersione di un nuovo concetto di sicurezza e di ordine pubblico dell\u2019Unione europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><strong> (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper analyzes the European Commission\u2019s proposal to amend Regulation 2019\/452 establishing a framework for the screening of foreign direct investments into the Union.
