A tal fine, il contributo si propone di analizzare i meccanismi di flessibilit\u00e0 ai quali l\u2019<em>AI<\/em> <em>Act<\/em> ricorre per far fronte al <em>pacing problem<\/em>, per poi approfondire il caso emblematico della regolamentazione dell\u2019IA per finalit\u00e0 generali, ripercorrendo le tappe dell\u2019<em>iter<\/em> legislativo ed evidenziando le problematiche riscontrate dal legislatore al momento di includere tale disciplina nel regolamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contribution offers a reflection on the concept of the pacing problem, a challenge inherent in the regulation of technology, with which the EU legislator had to confront when the need arose to introduce, during the legislative process of the AI Act, rules on general purpose AI.
