La Commissione ha posto particolare attenzione anche alla predisposizione di un quadro normativo che indirizzi la societ\u00e0 europea ad un consumo sostenibile e a una gestione sostenibile dei beni che non appaiono pi\u00f9 funzionali al loro uso perch\u00e9 obsoleti o rotti.&nbsp;In questa nuova fase viene valorizzata la figura del consumatore quale soggetto che deve poter operare scelte informate. Grazie ad una corretta informazione sulle caratteristiche ambientali di un prodotto e sugli aspetti relativi alla circolarit\u00e0 dello stesso, il consumatore pu\u00f2 prendere decisioni consapevoli e svolgere un ruolo attivo nella transizione ecologica.&nbsp;Tanto premesso, il presente lavoro analizza i recenti atti normativi intesi a creare un\u2019economia circolare, con l\u2019obiettivo di definire e mettere in luce il nuovo ruolo del consumatore quale coprotagonista della transizione verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract (ENG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, the Green Deal opened a new phase in the evolution of EU environmental policy. The Commission has also paid particular attention to the establishment of a regulatory framework that guides European society towards sustainable consumption and sustainable management of goods that are no longer useful because they are obsolete or broken.<br>In this new phase, the role of the consumer as a subject who must be able to make aware choices is emphasized. Thanks to accurate information on the environmental characteristics of a product and aspects related to its circularity, consumers can play an active role in the ecological transition.
