We invite contributions that examine how EU law enables, constrains, or reshapes the Union\u2019s ability to act in the digital domain, and how law mediates the tension between openness to global markets and the call for strategic autonomy.Abstract should be between <strong>400-600 words<\/strong> and should contain the author&#8217;s name and institutional affiliation. Abstracts should be submitted via email to <a href=\"mailto:Feyisayo.lari-williams@uantwerpen.be\">Feyisayo.lari-williams@uantwerpen.be<\/a>. Abstract submission deadline: <strong>30 November 2025<\/strong>.
