Abstract (ITA)
I negoziati sul trasferimento della competenza in materia pregiudiziale dalla Corte di giustizia al Tribunale hanno recentemente raggiunto un accordo, che verrà presto pubblicato in GUUE per poi divenire operativo dal 1° settembre 2024. Il contributo ripercorre la genesi di questa (ennesima) riforma dello Statuto della Corte di giustizia, analizzando i principali elementi della nuova disciplina e valutando quale potrebbe essere l’impatto concreto della stessa sul dialogo tra giudici italiani e giudici UE, nonché, più in generale, sul futuro dell’architettura giudiziaria dell’Unione.

The negotiations on the transfer of preliminary rulings from the Court of Justice to the General Court have recently reached an agreement, which will soon be published in the OJ and become operational as of 1 September 2024. This article traces the genesis of this (further) reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice, analysing its main elements and assessing what could be its concrete impact on the dialogue between Italian and EU judges, as well as, more generally, on the future of the EU judicial architecture.
