Abstract (ITA)
Il lavoro analizza la disciplina dell’Unione europea in materia di migrazione regolare mettendo in luce come in questo ambito sia ancora molto ampia la discrezionalità lasciata agli Stati membri che, oltre a conservare il diritto di determinare il volume di ingresso nei loro territori dei lavoratori stranieri, sono spesso autorizzati a limitarne la parità di trattamento con i propri cittadini.
Abstract (ENG)
The paper analyzes European Union measures on legal immigration, highlighting how Member States still enjoy considerable discretion in this area. While retaining the right to determine volumes of admission of foreign workers to their territory, they are often allowed to limit their equal treatment with their own citizens.
